Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy

To make shopping for your vehicle accessories, auxiliary lights, and mounts as convenient as possible, we offer a Partial-Advance Cash on Delivery (COD) option.

Because our products vary significantly in weight and size, shipping costs are calculated dynamically based on your exact location. To process a COD order, we require a small upfront payment to secure the shipment, with the remaining balance paid at your doorstep.

The "2x Shipping Advance" Rule

For all COD orders, customers are required to pay an advance amount equal to 2x (twice) the calculated shipping charge.

• The Advance: Covers the two-way logistics cost (forward and return shipping) in case the parcel is undelivered or refused at the doorstep.

• The Balance: The actual cost of your products will be collected in cash by the delivery executive when your package arrives.

How to Place Your Partial-COD Order

1. Send Your Order via WhatsApp: Message us on WhatsApp with screenshots or a list of the gear you want to purchase, along with your full delivery address and pin code.

2. Shipping Calculation: Our team will calculate the exact shipping charge for your location and the total weight of your items.

3. Pay the Advance: We will share a secure Razorpay or UPI payment link for the advance amount (2x the shipping cost).

4. Order Dispatch: Once the advance is paid, your order is confirmed! We will dispatch your package via Shiprocket and share the tracking details with you on WhatsApp.

5. Pay on Delivery: When the courier arrives, simply pay the remaining balance (the product cost) in cash to the delivery executive.

Terms & Conditions

• Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel your order before it is ready to dispatch, your advance payment will be fully refunded.

• Refusal at Delivery: If a COD order is dispatched and you reject or refuse the parcel at the time of delivery, the 2x shipping advance will be forfeited to cover the Return to Origin (RTO) courier penalties. It is strictly non-refundable once the package has left our facility.

• Serviceability: COD is subject to pin code serviceability by our courier partners. If COD is unavailable in your area, we will notify you on WhatsApp and provide an option to complete the purchase as a 100% prepaid order.
