All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During this time, we prepare your items, ensure quality checks, and schedule Pickup to our courier partners. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
We use Shiprocket and other reliable 3rd-party courier services to handle our logistics.
Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, orders typically reach your doorstep within 4–7 business days.
Tracking: You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is handed over to the courier partner.
Shipping costs are not fixed and may vary based on your location and the weight of the package.
WhatsApp Checkout: Total shipping charges will be calculated and communicated to you directly during the checkout process on WhatsApp.
While we aim for timely delivery, there are occasionally factors beyond our control (such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or technical issues within the courier network) that may cause a package to arrive later than expected.
Our Commitment: If your order is delayed, we will provide maximum support to investigate the status and escalate the issue with the courier partner on your behalf.
Liability: We are not directly responsible for delays caused by the 3rd-party courier service, but we will work closely with them to ensure your package reaches you.
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp with photos of the packaging and the damaged items so we can assist you with a claim or replacement
