Warranty Claim Process
Warranty Claim Process
Hey there! We want you to love the purchase. Some of our lights come with a 6 or 12 month warranty from the day you receive them. This warranty covers any manufacturing defects when used normally.
Check if Your Light is Under Warranty.
First things first, make sure your specific light model is covered by our 6 or 12 month warranty. We usually mention this when you ask before purchase, so check your original chats or product details.
What Makes Your Light Eligible for Warranty?
To claim your warranty, please make sure these points are covered:
1. You're the Original Buyer: You need to be the person who originally bought the light from us on WhatsApp, and we'll need your order details or chat history as proof.
2. Original Unboxing & Testing Video is a Must: You absolutely need that clear, unedited video showing you unboxing and testing the light when you first received it. This helps us confirm the light's condition when it arrived and tell the difference between a factory issue and other kinds of damage.
3. Still Within 6 or 12 Months: Your claim needs to be made within 6 or 12 months from the date you received your light.
4. No Physical Damage: The light shouldn't have any physical damage. This includes:
o No cracks, dents, or scratches on the light body or lens.
o No cut, frayed, or damaged wires.
o No signs of impact or rough handling.
o Important about Water Damage: Our lights are built to handle all kinds of rain, but they are NOT designed for high-pressure water washing (like a pressure washer at a car wash). Water ingress or damage caused by direct, high-pressure water spray will void your warranty.
5. No Tampering: The light shouldn't have been opened, modified, or tampered with by anyone not authorized by us.
6. Correct Use & Installation: The light must have been installed and used exactly as instructed by the manufacturer. Any damage from wrong installation or misuse isn't covered.
How to Make a Warranty Claim via WhatsApp.
If your light meets the criteria above, here's what to do:
1. Message Us: Send us a message on WhatsApp at 8140233552.
2. Share Details: Include your order number, when you bought/received the light, the exact light model, and a clear description of the problem.
3. Send Videos & Photos:
o Your original unboxing and testing video. (Yes, the one from when you first got it!).
o Recent photos or a short video clearly showing the current issue with the light. Make sure these are well-lit and show the problem clearly.
Our Warranty Claim Process.
Once we get your message, videos, and photos:
1. We'll Review: Our team will check everything you've sent to see if your claim looks eligible based on our conditions.
2. Send it Back to Us: If it looks good, we'll give you instructions on how to send the light back to us.
3. Our Inspection: As soon as we receive your light, our tech team will do a thorough check to confirm the manufacturing defect and make sure all warranty conditions are met.
4. Resolution:
o If your claim is approved, we'll either repair your light or send you a brand new replacement, whichever we decide is best.
o If your claim isn't approved (e.g., due to physical damage, pressure wash damage, or it's not a manufacturing defect), we'll let you know why. We might be able to offer repair services for a cost, depending on the damage.
Good to Know (Important Notes).
No Unboxing Video, No Warranty: We absolutely need that original unboxing and testing video to process any warranty claim. It's how we verify the product's initial condition.
Shipping Costs for Warranty: "You'll be responsible for shipping the light back to us for warranty inspection, and also the shipping for sending the repaired/replacement light back to you if the claim is approved."
Warranty Period: If we repair or replace your light under warranty, the coverage continues for the remaining time of your original 6 or 12-month warranty from the first purchase date, not from the repair/replacement date.
What's NOT Covered: This warranty doesn't cover:
Normal wear and tear.
Damage from accidents, impacts, or external forces.
Damage from high-pressure washing.
Damage from incorrect installation, wrong wiring, or using the wrong voltage.
Damage from chemical exposure or corrosive stuff.
Any attempt to open, modify, or self-repair the lights. This includes breaking seals, unscrewing parts, or attempting internal repairs.
Lights bought from places other than our official WhatsApp channel.
Costs for installing, removing, or any labor/diagnostic work.
